), Link was left in a bad situation. What to do? Well, he got by in spite of his low health. Using the age old strategy of "cheesing," he found a spot where Ganon's AI really couldn't do much to him, and just poked away until the King of Evil finally fell.
Only problem with this (unless you're into that kind of thing) is that it took a while, and Zelda had a freaky moment where she was suffocating in the sand. But hey, Link got her out, and now they're all hugging and crap.
